If you’ve been here before, you’ll notice the dust has been swept away and the “ghosts” of old projects have been laid to rest. Since 2021, this digital space has been quiet—but my pen has been anything but.
When I sat down to rethink what this website should be, I kept coming back to a single image: a vast, golden field at sunset. In the world of my upcoming novel, DOGMA, we call this Elysium.
To some, Elysium is a myth; to others, it is a final reward. For me, as an author, it represents the clarity that comes after years of digging through the trenches of history. Writing historical thrillers is often like being an archaeologist. You spend years in the dark, brushing away the dirt from early Christianity and Islam, trying to find the “Untold History” that stayed hidden for centuries.
Why now?
The world has changed since my last post in 2021. I’ve transitioned from being a writer published by others to taking the helm of my own destiny under the name Don Peter. This isn’t just a “rebranding”—it’s a return to the roots.
The field you see on the homepage is a promise. It’s a promise that from now on, this space will be dedicated to the truth behind the dogma, the thrill of the historical chase, and the stories that shaped our world.
What’s next?
I haven’t just been cleaning the website; I’ve been preparing for April 3rd. That is the day DOGMA: Untold History of Early Christianity & Islam officially launches.
I’m no longer just blogging; I’m building a world. Whether you’ve followed me since The Eurasians or you’ve just wandered in from a pin on Pinterest, welcome to the field.
Stay tuned. The history we were taught is only half the story.
